Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is not an extremely long game, but it is an extremely dense game. There’s a lot going on in the shorter runtime, with complex areas that generally have multiple solutions when it comes to progressing through them.
One of the most rewarding things about spending so much time in the game is earning all the titles. Each title has different requirements; some of them are going to be easy to earn accidentally, but there are a few titles, especially FOXHOUND, that are going to take a lot of focused effort and planning to pull off.

How To Earn The FOXHOUND Title
The FOXHOUND title is an extremely difficult one to grab, not just because you need to complete the game quickly, but because you need to complete it both quickly and flawlessly. You can’t just rush through shooting everyone immediately, because you cannot Alert any enemies to your presence.
You will want to complete the game at least one time before attempting a FOXHOUND run, but more likely, you’ll want to complete the entire game enough times (on Extreme Difficulty) that you have most of the areas loosely mapped in your mind.
It’s important that you get used to Extreme Difficulty, because it’s going to change some of the guard layouts in certain areas.
Learn the areas where you can avoid enemies without needing to take anyone down at all. Many areas are going to require you to knock out at least one or two guards to progress through, but you’ll be able to entirely get through others without doing it. This is often going to be quicker, if you don’t have to wait for certain enemy patrol routes to make it work.
You’re going to need to use the best camo that you possibly can, consistently. You need to avoid any enemy Alerts, and enemies are more observant on this difficulty. The better your camouflage, the more routes you’re going to have available to you, and the faster you can afford to be.
